Flexible Scheduling Designed Around You We understand that every caregiver has different scheduling needs. That’s why we offer a range of shift options, including: * Full-time and part-time opportunities * Weekday and weekend assignments * Day shifts * Overnight shifts * Additional hours and open-shift opportunities Whether you need consistent hours, a part-time position, or the flexibility to take on extra shifts, we’ll work to match you with assignments that align with your availability, skills, and experience. Your Role as a Caregiver As a member of our caregiving team, you’ll play an important role in helping seniors maintain their independence and quality of life in the comfort of their own homes. Depending on the needs of each client, your duties may include: * Helping clients with activities of daily living (ADLs) * Providing companionship, conversation, and social interaction * Assisting with personal care and meal preparation * Supporting safe mobility, transfers, and movement * Completing light housekeeping tasks associated with client care * Creating a safe, comfortable, and respectful home environment * Promoting each client's dignity, independence, and overall well-being Benefits of Joining Always Best Care We know great caregivers deserve to feel valued and supported.
