Job Description The Quality Technician is responsible for conducting routine tests and inspections on products, assisting the Quality Assurance Manager with data collection. The technician performs capability studies, first-piece inspections & records results, as well as assisting with ISO compliance and training. The Quality Technician participates in special projects as needed and works with other departments to ensure a quality product. Qualifications: 1. Associates degree or commensurate experience in a related field required 2. Strong analytical skills required. 3. Ability to work well both independently and with a team. 4. Blueprint reading skills strongly preferred. 5. ERP knowledge required; Microsoft AX preferred. 6. Experience operating Faro equipment, CAD/CAM experience and Tooling Design experience preferred. 7. Previous experience in CNC/Press Brake/Oxy-Fuel machining strongly preferred. 8. PPAP/APQP experience also preferred.
