Career Consultant OhioMeansJobs center Mahoning County ** ** This full-time position will provide assessment and case management for adults and youth in Mahoning County. Through interviewing, assessment, evaluation, and career planning, a plan of services and activities will be developed leading to employment. Must have knowledge of case management and excellent organizational and interpersonal skills. Good computer and data entry skills required. Position will involve outreach activities and coordination with partnering agencies, adult education providers, and employers. Limited local travel involved, with mileage reimbursed at the IRS rate. Knowledge of public workforce system as well as community resources a plus. Valid driver's license, reliable transportation, and proof of auto insurance required. Hours M-F 8:00 AM-5:00 PM most days. Flexibility is expected. Medical and Vision benefits available. Primary worksite: Mahoning County OhioMeansJobs center in Boardman, Ohio. May be required to work at the Columbiana County OhioMeansJobs center in Lisbon, Ohio, if needed. Favorable results of drug test and background check are conditions of employment.
