Experience in the payroll or HR technology industry, with a background in managing or implementing payroll, time and attendance, or other financial systems.
-
Strong communication skills: The ability to explain complex technical and financial scenarios in simple, clear, and concise written or verbal communication.
-
Ruthless prioritization and exceptional time management skills; you’re a master at juggling multiple tasks without dropping the ball.
-
Passion for helping customers and colleagues succeed.
-
Strong attention to detail and a knack for solving intricate problems.
-
Confidence with hands-on technical support in a fast-paced environment.
