Job Description
The Business Development Manager - CFI (North America, Financial Institution Sales) is responsible for the day-to-day activities related to revenue retention and new business growth within a current book of business at Brink’s. The book will consist of hundreds of smaller regional banks and credit unions in North America. The incumbent will drive revenue growth, develop territory and activity plans, establish client relationships, and identify the best opportunities to optimize for revenue and retention within a large territory of smaller accounts.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage, grow and retain a $10-15M+ revenue portfolio.
- Develop and implement a sales activity plan to achieve revenue and growth targets.
- Own monthly, quarterly, and annual sales objectives and goals, creating actionable plans and initiatives to drive achievement.
- Build and maintain relationships with clients to ensure excellent customer satisfaction and retention.
- Collaborate with clients to understand their needs, preferences, and challenges, and tailor solutions to address them effectively.
- Develop and manage sales forecasts, drive sales pipeline growth, and contribute actively to sales campaigns.
- Follow all sales processes, ensuring efficiency, consistency, and compliance with organizational policies and procedures.
- Collaborate with other departments such as customer experience, legal, marketing, product development, and operations to optimize time and hit targets.
- Act as the client ambassador and escalation point for your assigned book of business.
- Minimal travel is expected or required, as this is considered an inside sales role. Travel may include conferences and events where a large group of clients may be present.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Sales, Marketing, or a related field.
- Proven track record of sales and revenue growth into smaller accounts, preferably in the financial services industry.
- 2+ years of sales experience, financial institutions background and sales experience preferred
- Experience using SFDC, Dashboards (Power BI, etc.) to manage pipelines, etc.
