Qualifications:

Completion of a US Residency.

Board certification in Anesthesia.

Active FL license.

Authorized to work in the United States.

Must have prior leadership experience, whether formal or informal, and a desire to continue developing and advancing their leadership career.
Scheduling:

13 weeks of vacation time.

Ideal working schedule with limited call.
Key Responsibilities:

This is a Medical Director position which includes clinical duties in addition to administrative.

Must be comfortable with regional anesthesia.

Lakewood Ranch Medical Center cases include general, ortho (total/partial joint, shoulder, hand, foot & ankle), Spine and Neuro (discectomies, laminectomies, craniotomies, spinal cord stimulator), Uro, Plastics, OB/GYN, EP/IR, and other services.
