Key Accountabilities Participate in structured corporate internship programming, including orientation, workshops, networking events, research projects, and professional development activities. Conduct transaction monitoring investigations and review alerts related to potential money laundering, terrorist financing, drug trafficking, and other suspicious activities. Analyze customer activity to identify potential financial crime risks and support investigative efforts within the BSA/AML framework. Document investigative findings and maintain accurate records in accordance with financial crimes compliance standards. Assist Financial Intelligence Analysts and investigators with transaction monitoring reviews, research activities, and financial crime investigations. Complete research, reporting, and special projects that support the Financial Intelligence team and broader compliance objectives. Collaborate with Financial Intelligence Analysts, team leads, and leadership while participating in team meetings, training, and coaching opportunities. Follow company policies, procedures, and confidentiality guidelines, and complete additional duties as assigned.
