  • Serves as a peer resource to other IRIS Consultants by sharing best practices, reinforcing consistent service delivery and documentation practices, and supporting onboarding and mentoring of less experienced staff.

  • Supports supervisors and operational leaders through participation in team initiatives, committees, workgroups, audits, workflow support, and other assigned activities that improve team performance and program effectiveness.

  • Promotes compliance with company policies, confidentiality standards, and applicable program requirements while maintaining effective working relationships with participants, colleagues, and internal and external partners.

  • Attends and actively participates in team meetings, case consultation, training, and continuous improvement efforts to support consistent, high-quality IRIS Consulting services.

  • Valid and unrestricted driver’s license, reliable transportation, and adequate auto insurance for job related travel requirements unless otherwise required by law.

  • Knowledge of long-term care programs and familiarity with principles of self-determination, person-centered planning, and community-based service coordination.

  • Demonstrated ability to work independently with minimal supervision while managing multiple priorities, deadlines, and participant needs.

  • Strong problem-solving, critical thinking, and decision-making skills, including the ability to identify risks, evaluate options, and recommend appropriate next steps.

  • Strong verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to build effective relationships with participants, families, providers, and internal partners.
