Full job description

Senior Product Manager, Commercial Real Estate San Francisco, CA or New York, NY

Dealpath is where institutional real estate investors source, underwrite, and close deals. We’re hiring a Senior Product Manager who already knows commercial real estate and wants to decide what we build next for the firms that run on Dealpath. You’ll report to Jeff Blasbalg and work directly with enterprise clients and our CS and Implementation teams. Why CRE experience matters for this role Our engineers build with agentic tools, so software gets built faster than it used to. The hard part is knowing what to build and for whom. If you know how investment teams find deals, underwrite them, and work through diligence and closing, you can point us at the right problems from day one. You’ll:

  • Own major product features from discovery through release
  • Meet directly with enterprise real estate investors to find problems and test solutions. We have no separate UX research team, so discovery is yours.
  • Turn account signals (gross and net retention, upsell, seat expansion) into a prioritized roadmap
  • Build your own prototypes and shape solutions with AI, working with design and engineering
  • Shape product culture through clear decisions and hands-on ownership

You have:

  • Commercial real estate experience. You’ve worked at a CRE software or data company, or at a firm that invests in, lends against, or advises on CRE.
  • 6+ years of product management experience in B2B SaaS, with a record of moving retention, engagement, or revenue metrics
  • Experience running discovery and validation directly with enterprise customers
  • Working fluency with AI tools in your PM work, and the judgment to know when the output is ready to ship and when it isn’t
  • Command of product and data tools (SQL, Looker, Mixpanel, Jira, or similar)
  • Clear writing and speaking, and a record of aligning cross-functional teams
  • Ability to work from our SF or NYC office 3+ days a week

Nice to have:

  • Experience with buy-side investors
  • Familiarity with Dealpath’s product
  • Experience with data visualization, analytics, or enterprise collaboration software
  • Bachelor’s degree in a related field; MBA or master’s a plus

The Perks & Culture:

  • Medical, dental, and vision insurance
  • Health Savings Account (HSA) & Flexible Spending Account (FSA) options
  • 401(k) retirement plan
  • Paid Parental Leave
  • Flexible Time Off (FTO) policy
  • Commuter benefits program
  • Monthly wellness reimbursement to support physical and mental well-being
  • Hybrid Work Policy
  • Base salary: $140,000 - $185,000 + Variable
  • Your compensation will be based upon several factors including your experience, qualifications, education, location, and the skills assessed in Dealpath's interview process. Your actual compensation will be confirmed in writing at the time of offer.
  • Dealpath's compensation ranges are determined by current market data, so compensation data posted on our job posts may change as new market data becomes available.
