This position requires 10+ years of | | experience. | | | | | | | | | | | | POSITION RESPONSIBILITIES/DUTIES: | | | | | | | | - Interact and communicate with clients, vendors, and staff of all | | levels. | | - Maintain and develop strong client relationships. | | - Lead a team to develop engineering plans, specifications, and | | estimates (PS&E). | | - Perform transportation engineering analyses and calculations | | - Lead general transportation engineering services for municipal, | | county, and state agencies. | | - Assist in the preparation of reports and feasibility studies. | | | | | | | | | | | | | | | | | | | | POSITION REQUIREMENTS: | | | | | | | | - Licensed Professional Engineer | | - Ability to lead, manage and schedule staff to meet project needs | | - Strong communication skills, both written and verbal | | - Critical thinking and analysis | | - Proficient in the use of Microsoft Office software (Outlook, | | Excel, Word) | | - Proficient in the use of MicroStation, OpenRoads Designer or | | AutoCAD Civil 3D | | - Must possess a valid driver's license | | - Must complete a background check | | | | | | | | | | | | | | | | | | | | | | | | EDUCATIONAL REQUIREMENTS: | | Bachelor of Science in Civil Engineering | | SALARY RANGE: | | | | | | | | | | | | Horner & Shifrin, Inc. offers a comprehensive total rewards package | | and is committed to fair, competitive, market-based compensation.
