Full job description

Role: Strategic Account Director, Enterprise AI (CPG) Location: Dallas, TX, with client-site presence as required in the Plano, TX Area Experience Level: 8+ years; consumer packaged goods experience highly desirable Work Model: Hybrid, with regular client-site presence as required

Why Join Enterprise AI? Enterprise AI is a distinct business unit within Turing focused on deploying AI systems that create measurable value for enterprise customers. As the Enterprise AI Account Director for a consumer packaged goods company, you will own an established custom engineering relationship both commercially and operationally. You will expand the account by identifying operations, supply chain, and commercial workflows where AI can create measurable value, selling those deployments, and overseeing delivery through a senior Forward-Deployed Engineer or delivery lead. This is a high-ownership role for someone who combines commercial instinct, enterprise credibility, and delivery leadership. As the Strategic Account Director You Will Expand the Client Relationship Build relationships across multiple buying centers and identify new sponsors and decision-makers beyond the current buyer. Identify AI Deployment Opportunities Assess the clients operations, supply chain, and commercial workflows to identify two or three quantified opportunities where AI deployment can create measurable value. Sell Follow-On Work Translate identified opportunities into clear scopes of work and lead the expansion from discovery through client alignment and signed SOWs. Own Delivery Quality Maintain single-point accountability for the client relationship and business outcome. Oversee the embedded delivery team through a senior FDE lead or delivery lead. Manage Commercial Performance Own SOWs, pricing, margin, and delivery quality. Establish a written scope baseline and weekly issue log to maintain alignment across the client and delivery teams. Build Reusable Capabilities Harvest at least one reusable component from the engagement for Turings Enterprise AI platform. The Anti-Sell Commercial and delivery ownership: This is not a pure delivery or project management role. You will be expected to identify opportunities, sell follow-on work, own commercial terms, and remain accountable for the client relationship and outcome. Regular client presence: The role requires a willingness to work on site with the client regularly. High accountability: You will be responsible for connecting account expansion, commercial execution, and delivery quality. Our Strategic Account Director, Enterprise AI (CPG) Typically Have Consumer packaged goods experience: Experience working in the consumer packaged goods industry, particularly with clients or operations based in the Dallas area, is highly desirable. Deep enterprise account ownership: Typically 8+ years of experience in enterprise technology delivery or consulting, with a track record of owning a named client relationship. Commercial expansion experience: Experience expanding an enterprise account across multiple buying centers and selling follow-on work, not only delivering initially defined projects. You should be comfortable owning SOWs, pricing, margin, and account growth. End-to-end delivery leadership: Experience overseeing delivery teams and maintaining single-point accountability for the client relationship, business outcome, and delivery quality. Recent AI or data deployment experience: Experience with AI or data deployments within the last two years, along with the ability to build trust with senior stakeholders, open conversations with new sponsors, navigate ambiguity, and communicate clearly across commercial, operational, and technical teams. Candidates whose experience is limited to delivery or project management without commercial ownership, or who lack recent AI or data deployment experience, will not be a fit for this role.
