ServiceNow Senior Software Developer/Analyst

Platform Development and Support Develop and configure ServiceNow applications and modules.Design and implement advanced workflows, business rules, UI policies, scripts, and integrations.Conduct unit testing, integration testing, and system testing to ensure the quality and functionality of developed solutions.Address defects and incidents to ensure high-quality standards and customer service excellence.Supports and follows the entries development lifecycle adhering to documented good practices.Requirement Analysis and Solution Design Supplement Business Analyst by gathering and analyzing requirements through collaboration with business stakeholders.Design and propose solutions that align with business objectives, and ServiceNow best practices, minimizing platform customizations.Mentoring and Leadership Mentor and guide junior developers, providing technical leadership and sharing best practices.Conduct training sessions and workshops for team members and stakeholders.Promote a culture of continuous learning and improvement within the team.System Administrator Supplement the System Administrator with the day-to-day administration of the ServiceNow platform, including user and group management, security configurations, and system updates.Monitor platform health, troubleshoot issues, and implement performance improvements.Manage system upgrades, patches, and regular maintenance activities.Training and Documentation Supplement the Training Specialist by providing training and support to end-users and stakeholders on ServiceNow functionality and best practices.Create and maintain internal and external knowledge and training materials.Continuous ImprovementStay current with the latest ServiceNow features, functionalities, and industry trends.Identify opportunities for process improvement and optimization within the ServiceNow platform.Attend ServiceNow training and certification programs.Perform other related functions as assigned.
