Full job description
We Are Teva
We’re Teva, a leading innovative biopharmaceutical company, enabled by a world-class generics business. Whether it’s innovating in the fields of neuroscience and immunology or delivering high-quality medicine worldwide, we’re dedicated to addressing patients’ needs now and in the future. Here, you will be part of a high-performing, inclusive culture that values fresh thinking and collaboration. Make an impact while building your future in healthcare. As a Patient Services Intern with a global pharmaceutical company, you’ll contribute to meaningful projects from day one and gain hands-on experience throughout this 12-week program.
For many patients, receiving a prescription is only the first step. Insurance requirements, paperwork, affordability challenges, and navigating a specialty pharmacy can all make it difficult to start and stay on treatment. The Patient Services team works to help patients overcome these barriers by supporting access and affordability, navigating insurance requirements, and helping patients successfully begin and continue their prescribed therapies.
As an intern, you’ll learn how Patient Services programs support patients throughout this journey and how we collaborate with healthcare providers, specialty pharmacies, caregivers, and internal teams to improve the overall patient experience. You’ll have the opportunity to contribute to real-world projects, develop new skills, build your understanding of the pharmaceutical industry, and make a meaningful contribution to work that ultimately supports patients.
