Use your knowledge of Engineering best practices to ask the right questions, solve problems and build great software
Clearly communicate technical concepts with others in the organization (Technical Communication, Support, Product and Cloud)
When you don’t know the solution, seek out the appropriate people in the organization for advice

Minimum Education Required
What we are looking for:
Minimum of 3 years of experience developing enterprise grade software with understanding of testing and quality assurance processes (Required).
Minimum of 3 years of demonstrated experience in Java, the current programming language for this role. (Required)
Hands-on experience using agentic AI tools for software development, where AI plans and carries out multi-step work such as code changes, tests, or debugging, beyond chat-based code suggestions. (Required)
2 year / Associates (Required)
4 year Bachelors Degree (Preferred)
A combination of relevant experience and education may be considered
Minimum Experience Required
Experience with Kotlin. (Preferred)
Experience with React or other modern frontend frameworks. (Preferred)
Experience with distributed messaging and event streaming platforms such as Apache Pulsar, Apache Kafka, RabbitMQ, or similar systems. (Preferred)
Experience with DynamoDB. (Preferred)
Experience building enterprise level software
Experience working within an agile organization
Understanding of build systems such as Jenkins or Bamboo
Ability to engage with and establish trust and rapport with all levels of customers and employees
Solution focused ability working collaboratively in a fast-paced environment
