Ski and Snowboard Instructors

Whether youre working with first-timers, families, kids, or advanced skiers and riders, youll help guests build confidence, improve their skills, and have a great day on the mountain. What Youll Do: Teach group and private ski and/or snowboard lessons. Provide clear, engaging instruction tailored to each guests ability and goals. Create a positive, fun, and safe learning environment. Follow the Skier/Rider Responsibility Code and promote safe mountain practices. Check that guests have appropriate equipment and lift access before lessons. Supervise children and communicate with parents/chaperones as needed. Assist guests with chairlift and surface-lift loading and unloading. Monitor conditions and report hazards or safety concerns. Attend required training and continue developing your technical and teaching skills. Maintain a professional appearance, reliable attendance, and a positive attitude. Perform other duties as assigned by Snow Sports leadership.
