This role provides friendly, efficient service while assisting guests with reservations, check-in, check-out, resort amenities, and lodging questions. Key Responsibilities Answer reservation inquiries, explain rates, packages, policies, and fees, and recommend options that enhance the guest experience. Welcome guests, process check-ins and check-outs, and assist with walk-in and same-day reservations. Process payments and follow established cash-handling and credit card procedures. Maintain accurate reservation and guest records using resort systems; training is provided. Communicate effectively with lodging and other resort departments to support smooth operations. Follow established safety and emergency procedures. Perform other related duties as assigned.
