Full job description

WHO WE ARE AND WHAT WE DO RenovoRx, Inc. (Nasdaq: RNXT) is a life sciences company developing innovative targeted oncology therapies and commercializing RenovoCath®, a novel, U.S. Food and Drug Administration (FDA)-cleared local drug-delivery device, targeting high unmet medical needs. RenovoRx’s patented Trans-Arterial Micro-Perfusion (TAMP™) therapy platform is designed for targeted therapeutic delivery across the arterial wall near the tumor site to bathe the target tumor, while potentially minimizing a therapy’s toxicities versus systemic intravenous therapy. RenovoRx’s novel approach to targeted treatment offers the potential for increased safety, tolerance, and improved efficacy, and its mission is to transform the lives of cancer patients by providing innovative solutions to enable targeted delivery of diagnostic and therapeutic agents.

In addition to the RenovoCath device, RenovoRx is evaluating its novel drug-device combination oncology product candidate (intra-arterial gemcitabine delivered via RenovoCath, known as IAG) in the ongoing Phase III TIGeR-PaC trial. IAG is being evaluated by the Center for Drug Evaluation and Research (the drug division of the FDA) under a U.S. investigational new drug application that is regulated by the FDA’s 21 CFR 312 pathway. IAG utilizes RenovoCath, the Company’s patented, FDA-cleared drug-delivery device, indicated for temporary vessel occlusion in applications including arteriography, preoperative occlusion, and chemotherapeutic drug infusion.

As a small public company with a dedicated and close-knit team, we work hard to execute RenovoRx’s mission. We are seeking an entrepreneurial, intellectual, and detail-oriented Sales Operations Manager to join our team. If you are a cross-functional connector, an architect, and a problem-solver who is always willing to get into the weeds for the betterment of the team, patients, and a company’s mission, this position may be a good fit for you.

WHAT YOU WILL BRING TO THE TEAM As the Sales Operations Manager, you will play a key role in supporting RenovoRx’s Commercial team by bringing structure, analytics, and ownership that is critical to sales operations processes.

Based in our Mountain View office, the primary focus of this role is sales forecasting, commercial analytics, sales commissions, reporting, and operational ownership. You will report to the VP of Sales and Market Development and serve as a cross-functional partner across Sales, Finance, Marketing, Operations, and company leadership.

This is a hands-on role suited for someone who enjoys working with data, improving processes, and translating numbers into actionable business insights. As part of a small, fast-moving public company, the right person will be comfortable owning multiple workstreams and moving between detailed analysis and broader business needs.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Own and maintain sales forecasting models incorporating patient schedules, procedure volumes, timing, historical trends, and revenue performance.
  • Develop and maintain sales dashboards, KPIs, territory-level reporting, and other commercial performance metrics.
  • Analyze sales performance and operational data to identify trends and provide actionable insight to Sales leadership.
  • Manage sales commission calculations and reporting in accordance with company compensation plans.
  • Partner with Sales leadership on territory planning, performance tracking, and commercial planning activities.
  • Own and improve key sales operations processes, systems, and reporting tools, including CRM, contracting, pricing, and related workflows.
  • Manage commercial contract processes, including pricing agreements, contract tracking, renewals, and coordination with Sales, Finance, and other internal stakeholders.
  • Assist with maintaining tracking and documentation of field rep and catheter inventory at accounts.
  • Other assignments may be added in the future

REQUIRED EDUCATION

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Finance, Economics or a related field preferred, or equivalent relevant professional experience.

DESIRED EXPERIENCE

  • Approximately 4-7 years of experience in sales operations, commercial operations, or a related analytical role.
  • Demonstrated experience supporting a sales organization, with exposure to forecasting, sales metrics, commissions, and performance reporting.
  • Advanced proficiency in Excel and comfort working with CRM (Salesforce), reporting, and business intelligence tools.
  • Medical device, biotech, life sciences or other product-driven commercial experience preferred.
  • Highly organized and able to balance multiple concurrent priorities and deadlines.
  • Resourceful, intellectually curious, and willing to dive into unfamiliar areas when needed.
  • Interest in using AI and automation to improve reporting, analysis, and recurring workflows.
