JOB REQUIREMENTS: About this Role - Sr. Engineering Manager We are looking for a talented Senior Engineering Manager who has a passion for quality construction. This position will set strategic direction and priorities for the engineering and project management functions for a new fabrication facility in Peshtigo, WI, focused on manufacturing critical electrical infrastructure products serving utility and energy customers. The Senior Engineering Manager will oversee project delivery, design quality, and financial performance from purchase order through production release. This leader will serve as the key coordination point between engineering, operations, and customers to keep projects on schedule and constructible, while building the team's capability through active mentorship and development.
