JOB REQUIREMENTS: **TO BE CONSIDERED FURTHER YOU MUST SUBMIT YOUR APPLICATION ON WISC.JOBS UNDER JOB ID 22419** This position will assist with the supervision of a portion of the Institution's Building and Grounds Maintenance program, providing direct supervision to specified maintenance staff and program direction in the general maintenance and repair of buildings, equipment and institution grounds. This position will also participate in maintenance project planning, evaluation and management; direct the preventative maintenance, pest control, and grounds programs; determine supply and equipment needs; assist with monitoring budget expenditures; conduct health & safety checks/inspections.
