Where will your career take you next? Let’s find out together.

At Zurich Cover-More, we’re proud to be one of the world’s leading travel insurance and assistance providers . Each year, we protect more than 20 million travelers worldwide, making sure we’re there every step of their journey with proactive care, personalized cover and specialist support. Zurich Cover-More partners with many of the world’s best-known brands – think major airlines, travel giants, top banks, credit card providers, and large retailers – to deliver more care, more cover, for all.

Launched in December 2024, Zurich Cover-More is the global travel brand of Zurich Insurance Group, one of the world’s leading multi-line insurers. Our family of customer-facing brands includes trusted names like Travel Guard, Cover-More Travel Insurance, Travelex Insurance, Universal Assistance, World Travel Protection, Freely, and Blue Insurance. Together, we’re redefining what it means to travel safely and with confidence. Whether it’s a long-awaited holiday, a last-minute business trip, or an unexpected detour, we deliver in the moments that matter.

About the opportunity:

Today, most travelers buy and manage cover on the web. Tomorrow, many will simply ask an AI assistant to find the right policy, buy it, or start a claim. We're looking for an experienced Product Manager to own both. You'll make our web experience the best in travel insurance now, and make Zurich Cover-More ready to serve customers through LLMs and AI agents next. You'll work hand in hand with our Mobile App and Call Center Digital Product Managers, so customers get one seamless experience wherever they start.

Please note this role can be remote, however candidates must be located in the Central or Eastern Time Zone of the USA.

What you’ll be doing:

  • Own the digital experience vision, roadmap and backlog across our brands

  • Lift conversion on quote and buy through experimentation, funnel analysis and personalization

  • Expand self-service after purchase: policy changes, documents, claims lodgment and status

  • Define how customers and partners will buy and service our products through AI assistants and agents

  • Shape our Model Context Protocol (MCP) servers and agent-facing APIs: what to expose, with which guardrails

  • Pilot conversational AI on our own channels, with smooth handoff to our people when it matters

  • Align journeys, components and metrics with the Mobile App and Call Center Digital PMs

  • Build responsible AI, accessibility, privacy and disclosure into every experience

  • Lead the Digital Experience pod with our SI partner: epics, acceptance criteria, sprint reviews and sign-off

What skills and experience you’ll bring on this journey:

  • 8+ years in digital product management or e-commerce, including 4+ years owning customer-facing web transactions

  • A track record of moving conversion and self-service numbers through experimentation

  • Hands-on experience taking a conversational AI, LLM or AI assistant product to launch

  • A practical grasp of how LLMs and agents use tools and APIs, including MCP

  • Fluency in analytics, A/B testing, CMS, SEO and accessibility

  • Experience aligning roadmaps across several channel teams

  • Curiosity about where customer behavior is heading, and the judgment to know what to build now

Nice to have

  • Insurance, financial services, travel or e-commerce experience

  • An MCP server, agent integration or AI assistant you shipped to real customers

  • Partner-embedded experiences with airlines, online travel agents or banks

  • Multi-brand or multi-region digital platforms

  • SAFe or Scrum Product Owner (CSPO or PSPO) certification
