Full job description
- Assist with general maintenance and upkeep of farm buildings, offices, growing facilities, warehouses, and support areas. 2. Perform basic repairs and maintenance tasks under the direction of maintenance personnel. 3. Assist with painting, cleaning, organization, and facility improvement projects. 4. Help maintain clean, safe, and organized maintenance shops and work areas. 5. Support preventive maintenance activities and special projects as assigned 6. Transport tools, equipment, materials, parts, and supplies between multiple farm locations. 7. Deliver maintenance materials to technicians and project sites. 8. Assist with setting up equipment, workstations, ladders, lifts, and job-site materials. 9. Prepare work areas before maintenance projects begin and assist with cleanup after completion. 10. Load and unload maintenance supplies and equipment safely. 11. Coordinate the movement and storage of maintenance inventory and equipment 12. Assist maintenance technicians, mechanics, electricians, plumbers, HVAC technicians, and other skilled trades personnel as needed. 13. Respond to facility needs and urgent maintenance requests under supervision. 14. Perform other duties as assigned
