Core Production

JOB REQUIREMENTS: - Cut, stack, and assemble core steel laminations according to production drawings and specifications - Operate core cutting machines, presses, stackers, and related fabrication equipment - Install clamps, braces, insulation materials, and hardware required for core assembly - Measure, square, and verify core dimensions to ensure accuracy and consistency - Assist with core tilting, moving, and positioning using cranes or other lifting equipment - Perform visual and dimensional inspections to verify alignment, tightness, and quality - Record production data and maintain documentation for each core assembly - Follow work instructions, safety procedures, and quality standards at all times - Maintain a clean and organized work area and assist with routine equipment upkeep - Collaborate with production and engineering teams to meet daily build schedules ***** OTHER EXPERIENCE AND QUALIFICATIONS: - Manufacturing, mechanical assembly, or metal fabrication experience preferred - Ability to read and understand blueprints, measurements, and work instructions - Familiarity with hand tools, power tools, and basic shop equipment - Experience using overhead cranes or hoists is a plus - Strong attention to detail and mechanical aptitude - Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and perform physical tasks such as bending, standing, and reaching - Production and fabrication environment with exposure to metal materials, machinery, and noise - PPE and adherence to all safety protocols required ***** APPLICATION INSTRUCTIONS: E-Mail a Rsum: [email protected] Apply Online: https://jobs.qpsemployment.com/jobs/821616 This position is listed by a private employment agency.
