Machine Operators All Shifts

Essential Duties - Operate various basic production machines. Will train how to set-up and troubleshoot each, including: grinders, beltsanders, presses, and basic CNC machines, etc. - Load and unload high volumes of metal parts efficiently. Move parts bins on and off pallets. - Visually inspect parts and learn to use basic inspection tools. - Read and follow verbal and written instructions to identify and produce work. - Accurately record production into work center. - Participate in continual improvement teams and activities. - Comply with all safety requirements including but not limited to good housekeeping. - Very reliable and punctual work attendance. Qualifications - High School diploma or equivalent plus hands-on mechanical aptitude and skills. - Manufacturing experience ideal but any mechanical relatedexperience with basic math skills may qualify. (Experience working on cars is very applicable) - Must understand, speak and write basicEnglish; bilingual Spanish ideal. - We're willing to train.
