Senior Business Analyst

MedRisk has an opening for Senior Business Analyst in King of Prussia, PA. Provide production support for existing clients, including performing root cause analysis, working on new enhancements, and supporting training and documentation of new features for new releases; using process analysis techniques, including creating Business Process models, defining Business Rules, and facilitating Process Walkthroughs; conduct Data Analysis, Root Cause Analysis, and testing to synthesize current business intelligence and trend data to support recommendations for action; gather client-specific business requirements and translate them effectively to the developers; recommend requirement changes or improvements based on analysis; participate in working sessions to assess the production readiness of applications and requirements; write detailed business functional requirements documents; create Test Cases and Test Data for User Acceptance Testing (UAT), performing both back-end and front-end validations as part of the testing process. 100% telecommuting permitted.
