Full job description

About Corridor Corridor is an AI-native employee benefits brokerage. We help employers design, buy and run their benefits, with AI doing the busywork that has always slowed brokers down, so our advisors can spend their time on what clients actually need. We were founded in 2026 and are backed by Bain Capital Ventures. Why this role exists Benefits is one of the slowest industries to break into. It usually takes years before a new producer has a real book. We think that's backwards. With AI handling most of the paperwork, what's left is the part that wins and keeps clients: earning an owner's trust, understanding what their team actually needs, and giving them a straight answer when it matters. You can bring that from anywhere, and we'll teach you the rest. What you'll own

  • Your own deals, fast. Get licensed early, sit in on live calls from day one, and quickly start running deals end to end: discovery, quoting, plan design, proposal, close and enrollment.

  • Your clients, start to finish. Every client you win stays with you through enrollment and every renewal after. You're their named advisor, and the owner and HR lead call you.

  • The service bar. Work alongside our AI, hold it to your standard, and tell us where it falls short. Your feedback goes straight to the product team.

  • Your growth. Get direct coaching from senior advisors until you're running on your own, then keep growing your book.

What we're looking for

  • You're early in your career and already standing out. You're typically 1–4 years in. Maybe you've been an SDR, BDR or AE at a fast-growing startup, or in a commission-driven or client-facing role like real estate, recruiting or consulting. Either way, you've outperformed.

  • You win on trust, not volume. You do the research, show up with a point of view, and build relationships people want to keep.

  • You learn fast and teach yourself. Benefits is complex. You'll need to know the products cold in months, not years, and you go find the answer before you ask for it.

  • You're coachable and low-ego. You ask for feedback, act on it, and get better every week.

  • You've been excellent at something hard. Competitive athletics, a demanding program, something you built, a team you carried.

  • You're excited about AI. You don't need to be technical. You do need to want to hand the busywork to AI and hold it to your standard.

No benefits or insurance background required. We'll teach you the products and the close.
