Responsibilities:

  • Lead purchasing activities for components and labeling materials needed to maintain scheduled production output at an external filling partner.

  • Partner with suppliers and internal teams across Quality, Finance, and Inventory Control to address receiving discrepancies, invoice questions, and material-related issues.

  • Build and maintain production schedules based on customer demand, available materials, bulk readiness, and site capacity constraints.

  • Coordinate bulk production and inbound deliveries so required materials arrive in time for planned filling activities.

  • Maintain accurate sales order, production, and transactional data in SAP, including production postings and supporting documentation.

  • Track manufacturing progress, shipment readiness, and delivery timing while communicating schedule risks, delays, and changes to stakeholders.

  • Prepare status updates, maintain detailed trackers, and ensure work is completed in alignment with company procedures, quality expectations, and safety standards.

Requirements • 7+ years of experience in buying, procurement, production planning, or a closely related supply chain function.

  • Demonstrated success managing material purchasing and production schedules in a manufacturing or consumer products environment.

  • Strong working knowledge of SAP, including production planning and materials management functions, along with advanced Microsoft Excel skills.

  • Experience with MRP and inventory planning concepts, including purchase orders, material readiness, and stock control.

  • Excellent organizational skills with strong attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple priorities under tight deadlines.
