Oversee the certification and competency management of NDI personnel, ensuring compliance with ASNT and ANSI/NAS standards.
-
Mentor and train NDI inspectors to ensure consistent application of inspection techniques.
-
Collaborate with NDE/NDT experts to harmonize practices and support new product introductions with robust NDI strategies.
What You Bring
-
8+ years of experience as a Level III NDI/NDE professional in manufacturing, preferably in aerospace or power generation.
-
Bachelor’s degree in engineering, Materials Science, or a related field, or equivalent experience.

-
Proven experience with investment casting processes and managing personnel certification programs compliant with ASNT SNT-TC-1A and/or NAS 410.
