Status: Full-Time, Hourly Non-Exempt

Annual Salary: $64k - $100k

What You’ll Do

  • Service and repair hot air, boiler, water heating, A/C, and heat pump systems

  • Troubleshoot, diagnose, and correct HVAC issues

  • Use and maintain modern industry tools

  • Provide professional, courteous customer service

  • Collect payments as needed and communicate honestly about services

  • Work as part of a supportive team, sharing knowledge and lending a hand so everyone succeeds

  • Help customers by solving comfort problems that directly impact their families and daily lives

What You’ll Bring

  • Preferred: 2+ years of HVAC service experience or completion of an HVAC Apprenticeship

  • Valid driver’s license

  • EPA refrigerant certification (or ability to obtain within 1 year — company provided)

  • CETP certification (or ability to obtain within 1 year — company provided)

  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team

  • Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail

  • Professionalism under pressure and solid communication skills

  • Comfort using technology, including tablets and mobile apps, to complete jobs efficiently

Physical ability to:

  • Climb ladders/stairs and work in attics, basements, crawl spaces

  • Maneuver up to 200 lbs. with equipment or team lift

  • Work outdoors in varying conditions
