The following position is to join our RTX Enterprise Services team:
We are seeking a strategic, impact-driven Director, Total Rewards Ops Global Service Owner accountable for the strategy, growth, adoption, performance, and continuous improvement of a global HR service portfolio. This role operates as the strategic owner of the service, combining deep functional expertise with an enterprise mindset and a strong commercial orientation.
The Global Service Owner serves as the primary strategic partner to HR leadership, Global Process Owners, business leaders, regional stakeholders, and People Services Operations, ensuring that services are designed around customer needs, delivered consistently at scale, and continuously optimized for value, experience, and cost.
Acting as a “mini P&L leader,” the role owns the service’s financial and operational performance, including demand, cost efficiency, service adoption, portfolio growth, addressable market, and opportunities to expand the service catalog. The role is responsible for translating the HR operating model and enterprise strategy into scalable, differentiated services that create measurable value for the organization.
What You Will Do

Develop and execute the global strategy and multi-year roadmap for the assigned service portfolio.

Define the service vision, value proposition, operating model, and strategic priorities aligned with the broader HR operating model.

Act as the business owner, balancing customer value, employee experience, scalability, cost, and operational performance.

Translate emerging business and HR needs into new or enhanced service capabilities.

Establish objectives, KPIs, success measures, and governance mechanisms for the service.

Build trusted relationships with HR leaders, COEs, stakeholders, and regional partners to understand evolving needs.

Drive enterprise-wide adoption and consistent service experiences across businesses, geographies, and functions.

Resolve complex cross-functional issues and influence senior stakeholders to align with service goals.

Expand the service portfolio by identifying new markets, populations, processes, and capabilities.

Develop the service catalog, build business cases for enhancements, and define strategies to overcome barriers to adoption.
Qualifications You Must Have
-
A University Degree in Business, Human Resources, or related field, or equivalent experience and minimum 14 years prior relevant experience, or an Advanced Degree in a related field and minimum 12 years experience

Experience leading enterprise-level or cross-functional HR initiatives
-
Experience in an HR operations or related field, including talent acquisition, pre-boarding, and onboarding

Experience using data and analytics to measure success, identify gaps, and drive continuous improvement

Experience managing multi-year service roadmaps, portfolios, and growth strategies
Qualifications We Prefer

MBA or Lean Six Sigma certification

Exceptional communication, facilitation, and stakeholder management skills

Analytical mindset with the ability to turn data into actionable insights

Ability to manage ambiguity, prioritize effectively, and drive alignment in a matrixed environment

Remote: Employees who are working in Remote roles will work primarily offsite (from home). If you live within a reasonable commute of an RTX site with other colleagues you interact with, your manager will discuss whether there is a degree of onsite presence associated with this role.

The salary range for this role is 186,200 USD - 353,800 USD. The salary range provided is a good faith estimate representative of all experience levels.
RTX considers several factors when extending an offer, including but not limited to, the role, function and associated responsibilities, a candidate’s work experience, location, education/training, and key skills.
Hired applicants may be eligible for benefits, including but not limited to, medical, dental, vision, life insurance, short-term disability, long-term disability, 401(k) match, flexible spending accounts, flexible work schedules, employee assistance program, Employee Scholar Program, parental leave, paid time off, and holidays. Specific benefits are dependent upon the specific business unit as well as whether or not the position is covered by a collective-bargaining agreement.
Hired applicants may be eligible for annual short-term and/or long-term incentive compensation programs depending on the level of the position and whether or not it is covered by a collective-bargaining agreement. Payments under these annual programs are not guaranteed and are dependent upon a variety of factors including, but not limited to, individual performance, business unit performance, and/or the company’s performance.
This role is a U.S.-based role. If the successful candidate resides in a U.S. territory, the appropriate pay structure and benefits will apply.
