Junior HR Project Manager (HR Outsourcing)

Primary Responsibilities:

• Coordinate with clients to ensure manpower fulfillment aligns with agreed timelines, quality standards, and budget.
• Analyze HR trends to provide strategic insights and recommendations to management for better decision-making.
• Understand client needs and expectations to ensure high levels of client satisfaction and long-term partnerships.
• Provide guidance, coaching, and support to team members to help them enhance performance and achieve targets.
• Collaborate with cross-functional departments to ensure seamless coordination and effective service delivery to key clients.

Qualifications and Skills:

• Experience as a project manager or HR manager in an outsourcing company.
• Leadership skills and the ability to develop and lead a team.
• Minimum 4-6 years of experience in Project Management, HR Operations, Workforce Management, Recruitment, or related roles, preferably within an outsourcing, staffing, or manpower services company.
• Previous experience in a team lead, supervisor, or junior leadership role is preferred.
• Strong knowledge of Indonesian Labor Law and Industrial Relations, including employee disciplinary processes, dispute resolution, handling employee grievances, and coordination with internal and external stakeholders.
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
• Strong analytical abilities and a deep understanding of related industries.
