Job Description:

Up to 20K Sign on Bonus

Up to 10K Relocation Bonus

Demonstrates excellent written, verbal, and interpersonal communication and presentation skills for a diverse population. Educates, validates, and ensures accountability of all Patient experience tactics. Participates and ensures that rounding for outcomes occur daily. Manages and supervises day-to-day operations with the help of Assistant Managers, Team Leaders, and designated staff. Liaises with all division's hospital-wide and regionally. Performs duties in a timely manner and provides updates if delays occur. Adheres to standards for dress and professional appearance. Collaborates with staff and peers to create optimal synergy and outcomes. Participates in behavioral-based interviewing for all new hires. Participates in 30, 60, and 90-day evaluations of new staff, and assists in completion of meaningful evaluations of existing staff. Communicates with courtesy when interacting with internal or external customers—in person or on the telephone. Demonstrates respect for co-workers and develops positive working relationships with other departments. Other duties as assigned

Education:

  • 3+ years acute care rt experience [Required] Licenses and Certifications:

  • State Registered Respiratory Therapist (RRT) [Required]

  • License from NBRC Registered Respiratory Therapist (RRT) [Required]

  • Basic Life Support - CPR Cert (BLS) [Required]

  • Advanced Cardiac Life Support Cert (ACLS) [Required]

  • Pediatric Advanced Life Support Cert (PALS) [Preferred]

  • Neonatal Resuscitation Program (NRP) [Preferred]

Pay Range:

$31.55 - $58.69 Background Screening Requirement (Florida Law)
