Location Description

Post Consumer Brands corporate headquarters in Lakeville, Minnesota, is about 20 miles south of Minneapolis and St. Paul, Lakeville has all the benefits of smaller town living with access to everything a large metropolitan area has to offer. Responsibilities

Lead the work that turns private label cereal ideas into successful launches. As Manager, Commercialization - Private Label, you will guide customer initiatives from concept through market launch while connecting customer requirements, business priorities, and cross-functional execution.

You will oversee a broad portfolio that includes new products, customer-specific SKUs, product changes, cost savings, harmonization efforts, and discontinuations. This highly visible role combines customer partnership, portfolio leadership, process improvement, and people management. You will also lead and develop Commercialization Project Managers and Product Change Managers as they deliver high-quality work on time and within scope.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end commercialization for private label cereal initiatives, from concept through market launch.

• Manage a portfolio of new product introductions, customer-specific SKUs, product changes, harmonization initiatives, cost savings projects, and discontinuations.

• Serve as the primary commercialization liaison for customers, coordinating requirements, timelines, expectations, and project updates.

• Partner with Sales and cross-functional teams to identify risks, remove obstacles, align deliverables, and maintain project momentum.

• Lead, coach, and develop Commercialization Project Managers and Product Change Managers, providing direction, feedback, and growth opportunities.

• Provide clear portfolio visibility through project status updates, performance metrics, issue escalation, and reporting.

• Balance resources and competing priorities, including accelerated projects that require agile decisions and creative problem-solving.

• Improve commercialization processes to strengthen speed, efficiency, effectiveness, accountability, and customer satisfaction.

• Build trusted partnerships across Customer Strategy, Marketing, R&D, Finance, Supply Chain, Procurement, Manufacturing, Quality & Regulatory, Graphics, Master Data, Legal, Customer Solutions, and other stakeholders.

Qualifications

Education

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Supply Chain, Operations, Food Science, Engineering, or a related technical field.

Required Qualifications

• 7-10 years of experience in consumer packaged goods, commercialization, project management, product change management, operations, supply chain, customer management, or a related business function.

• At least 3 years of people management experience.

• Experience leading complex cross-functional projects from initiation through execution.

• Strong project management and organizational skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities at once.

• Excellent verbal, written, and presentation communication skills.

• Demonstrated ability to influence stakeholders and drive accountability without direct authority.

• Ability to navigate ambiguity, change, and competing priorities with a solution-oriented approach.

Preferred Qualifications

• PMP certification

• Experience with private label products and customer commercialization processes.

• Knowledge of food manufacturing, supply chain operations, and product lifecycle management.

• Experience leading continuous improvement or process optimization initiatives.
