Full job description

(Per diem)  This position is being recruited and hired by Sheppard Pratt Solutions on behalf of Beverly Hospital - a Sheppard Pratt Partner. This role will be based at Anna Jaques Hospital in Amesbury, MA . What to expect.

Under the supervision of the nurse manager, you will provide patient-centered care in a supportive, collaborative environment.

Specific responsibilities include:

  • Delivering empathetic care by maintaining calm, courteous, and thoughtful interactions with patients and families.

  • Responding to patient inquiries and concerns while adhering to confidentiality policies.

  • Maintaining an organized, safe, and therapeutic treatment space.

  • Contributing to evidence-based assessment and therapeutic interventions .

  • Ensuring compliance with policies and procedures.

  • Accurately documenting patient care activities , including treatment planning and therapeutic interventions.

Pay for this position is determined on a number of factors, including but not limited to, years and level of related experience.

What we need from you.

  • Required:

  • High school diploma or GED.

  • Familiarity with children and adolescent assessment.

  • Preferred:

  • An advanced degree in a human services field.

  • Experience working with children and adolescents in an inpatient setting.
