Maintenance Person

At McDonald's, every great guest experience starts with a clean, safe, and well maintained restaurant.

We're looking for a dependable, hardworking Maintenance Person who takes pride in keeping our restaurants looking their best. If you're someone who notices the details, enjoys fixing problems, and isn't afraid of physical work, we'd love to meet you.

What You'll Do

Your responsibilities will include:

• Keep the restaurant, parking lot, sidewalks, landscaping, and dumpster area clean and inviting.

• Filter fryer oil and assist with equipment cleaning.

• Clean dining room, restrooms, windows, kitchen equipment, and storage areas.

• Help receive and organize deliveries.

• Empty trash and maintain the compactor area.

• Replace light bulbs and complete minor repairs.

• Clean rooftop HVAC and exhaust areas as scheduled.

• Perform preventative maintenance and report equipment issues before they become bigger problems.

• Help ensure the restaurant is always clean, safe, and ready for our guests and crew.

What We're Looking For

• Reliable attendance and punctuality.

• Pride in your work and attention to detail.

• Ability to work independently and stay productive.

• Comfortable performing physical work, including lifting, climbing ladders, and working both indoors and outdoors in varying weather conditions.

• Basic maintenance or repair experience is a plus, but not required. We provide the training you need to succeed.

Pay & Benefits

• Starting pay of $14.00 per hour, with opportunities for increases based on performance and experience.
