Pharmacist Coach

Ambition is sacred to us, and we've built a product that takes that seriously. We're seeking an experienced pharmacist coach to work with students and professionals pursuing careers in pharmacy. This role includes teaching core clinical skills in pharmaceutical knowledge, medication dispensing, and patient consultation, as well as guiding students through certification requirements needed to practice. Coaches also support the career side of the journey, including resume review, interview prep, salary negotiation, and networking strategy to help pharmacists land the right role and grow their professional network. Ideal candidates have professional experience as a pharmacist, prior coaching or mentoring experience, and a clear, structured approach to breaking down clinical and career topics alike.
