Direct Support Professional (DSP)

Our team has an immediate need for Direct Support Professionals in the following locations:

Greensburg, New Kensington, Latrobe, Ligonier and surrounding areas

Our office is located in Blairsville, and we are always hiring/serving the communities in the areas of:

• Westmoreland

• Butler

• Lawrence (New Castle area)

• Indiana

• Armstrong

• Somerset

• Jefferson

Do meaningful work in your community. Work one-on-one in home and community settings as a companion and mentor for individuals with intellectual or developmental disability to help them reach their full potential.

Pay starting at $17.50-$18 per hour

Job Responsibilities for DSPs

• You will accompany clients on errands and appointments

• You will spend time on the client’s favorite hobbies and activities

• You will assist with everyday tasks, such as meal preparation

• You will participate in community integration activities

Qualifications for DSPs:

• One year experience working with I/DD individuals; If you do not have this experience, paid training is available

• High school diploma or equivalent
