We’re looking for a hands-on, detail-oriented Sign Production Technician who takes pride in their work and enjoys turning designs into finished products you can see in the real world.

This is not a warehouse or forklift position. This is skilled, hands-on production work where attention to detail, craftsmanship, and problem-solving matter every day.

💡 What Makes This Role Different

You’ll be working with:

• Large-format printers

• CNC cutting equipment (Colex)

• Laminators and finishing tools Every job is a little different — and the quality of your work is visible to our customers every day.

🛠 What You’ll Do

• Operate large-format printers, laminators, and CNC equipment

• Prepare materials (cutting, cleaning, laminating, painting)

• Weed and apply vinyl graphics with precision

• Trim, mount, and finish final products

• Follow and verify work orders for accuracy

• Help maintain an organized, efficient production area

• Partner with the owner and production lead/manager to build and maintain production processes, helping shape how work flows through the shop as we continue to grow 👤 What We’re Looking For

Preferred Experience:

• 1–2 years in sign production, printing, or similar hands-on work Requirements:

• Ability to stand for extended periods

• Ability to lift 50+ lbs

• Comfortable using tools and production equipment 🚫 This Role Is NOT a Fit If You:

• Prefer repetitive, low-detail work

• Dislike fast-paced environments
