Job Summary
We seek experienced Plow and Equipment Operators as well as our Ground De-Icing Crews to maintain our commercial properties. CSP (Certified Snow Professionals) encouraged to apply.
Responsibilities and Duties
-
To ensure the site has serviced to our clients expectations as well as the company.

To meet opening times of site requirements.
-
Ensure that the tenants, owners and customers have safe passage onto the property.

Inspect site before you leave.
-
Responsible for recording time, material and submit completed operation photo's.
-
Must be available Sunday through Saturday and at various hours and shifts during the snow season.

Must be able to work independently and be self-directed.
Qualifications and Skills
-
Has worked for a professional snow and ice company within the past 3 years.
-
Experience in operating angle plows on dump trucks, skid steers, loaders and tractors w/ snow blowers.

Hoisting license is necessary if using heavy equipment
-
Valid Massachusetts driver's license is mandatory for driving trucks and equipment.

Excellent communication and customer service skills.
-
Exceptional POSITIVE "CAN DO" attitude.

Perform Pre-trip and Post storm checklists.
