Bennett Aerospace, Inc., a subsidiary of Three Saints Bay, LLC, is seeking aFinancial / Budget Analyst to support DoD financial management, audit readiness, and internal control activities. This role supports high-visibility audit efforts and enterprise-level financial compliance initiatives.

Position Responsibilities:

  • Support budget formulation, execution, and financial analysis activities

  • Assist in development and execution of Risk Management Internal Control (RMIC) programs

  • Support audit readiness efforts, including preparation and validation of audit artifacts

  • Analyze financial transactions and reconcile discrepancies across multiple systems

  • Develop and track corrective action plans for audit findings and internal control deficiencies

  • Coordinate with program offices to ensure compliance with DoD financial regulations

Position Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Accounting, or related field

  • Minimum 4+ years of experience in financial management, budgeting, or accounting

  • Experience supporting DoD financial systems (e.g., GFEBS, LMP, PMRT, CCaR)

  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Certified Defense Financial Manager (CDFM) or similar certification

  • Experience supporting DoD audit activities (e.g., SBR audits, RMIC, FMFIA compliance)

  • Experience working with internal controls and audit documentation

Security Requirements:

  • Successful completion of Bennett Aerospace Background Investigation, Drug Screening, and Credit Check.

  • Must be a U.S. Citizen with the ability to obtain a Government background investigation and meet suitability requirements.
