Physical Therapist

Excel Home Nursing is seeking a skilled and compassionate Physical Therapist to join our team. As a Physical Therapist, you will work with patients to help them regain movement and manage pain. You will play a crucial role in improving the quality of life for individuals of all ages who are recovering from injuries or dealing with chronic conditions.

Part-Time $80 - $100 per visit

Responsibilities of our Physical Therapist:

• Conduct assessments to evaluate patients' physical condition and develop individualized treatment plans

• Implement therapeutic exercises and techniques to improve strength, mobility, and range of motion

• Provide manual therapy, including trigger point therapy, to alleviate pain and promote healing

• Educate patients and their families on proper exercise techniques and injury prevention strategies

• Monitor progress and adjust treatment plans as necessary

• Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to ensure comprehensive patient care

• Maintain accurate and up-to-date patient records

Experience of our Physical Therapist:

• Valid state license or certification as a Physical Therapist

• Strong knowledge of physiology, anatomy, and medical terminology

• Familiarity with acute care and hospital settings is a plus

Skills of the Physical Therapist:

• Excellent interpersonal skills and ability to build rapport with patients

• Strong problem-solving abilities to develop effective treatment plans

• Compassionate and patient-centered approach to care

• Ability to work independently as well as part of a team
