What You'll Do:

Every day is different! You'll have the opportunity to:

• Plan and lead engaging activities, games, crafts, music, and special events

• Create experiences that encourage socialization, creativity, and independence

• Celebrate birthdays, holidays, and life milestones

• Build meaningful relationships with residents and brighten their day

• Organize community outings and recreational programs

• Encourage participation while adapting activities to residents' individual interests and abilities

• Document resident participation and activity progress

• Help create a warm, welcoming, and fun environment where every resident feels valued

Schedule:

• Full-Time

• 75 hours bi-weekly

• 8:30 AM – 4:30 PM

• Includes every 3rd weekend

Requirements

• Valid Driver's License (required)

• Ability to safely transport residents during community outings

• Previous experience in activities, recreation, customer service, childcare, education, healthcare, or senior services is a plus—but we're happy to train the right person with the right heart!
