Maintenance Specialist

Full Time - Union Position

Minneapolis, MN

Join Bachman's Maintenance team and be at the heart of what keeps our facilities and equipment operating safely, efficiently, and reliably. We're seeking a hands-on Maintenance Specialist who thrives on solving problems, tackling complex repairs, and making a direct impact every day. If you're skilled in preventative maintenance, troubleshooting, and equipment repair, this is your opportunity to join a team that values expertise, safety, and continuous improvement.

In this role, you'll diagnose and repair mechanical and electrical systems, perform preventative maintenance, and contribute to a variety of projects that help drive operational success.

Position Duties:

  • Perform maintenance duties, preventative maintenance, troubleshooting and special projects involving refrigeration, electrical and general repair.

  • Consult with a manager in planning specific job needs and arrange for necessary materials and supplies as needed.

  • Respond to emergencies at assigned complexes as required.

  • Operate low pressure boilers.

Qualifications:

  • EPA certification, preferred

  • Boilers license OR willingness to obtain certification within six months from start of employment.

  • Valid driver's license.
