Full job description

About Fin

Fin is a next-generation payments platform built for high-value, global, and instant transactions. We are a Series A-stage company backed by Sequoia, Circle, and other notable investors. Powered by stablecoins, Fin enables users and businesses to move millions of dollars in seconds - whether to other Fin users, directly into bank accounts, or across crypto rails. By combining the speed of crypto with the reliability and trust of traditional finance, Fin reimagines how money moves worldwide. If banks and payment products were reinvented today, they would look like Fin.

About the Role

We’re looking for a Product Manager to join our growing product team. You will be responsible for guiding products from early ideation through implementation and continuous improvement. This encompasses user research, product definition, operational management, pricing strategy, go-to-market planning, and post-launch iteration.

Stablecoins are transforming the payments landscape, enabling money to move faster, cheaper, and across borders with ease. In this role, you’ll play a critical part in shaping the future of global money movement.

Responsibilities

  • Lead products end-to-end, from user research and concept exploration to development, launch, and ongoing iteration

  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams (engineering, design, operations, compliance, growth) to define product requirements and ensure seamless execution.

  • Drive product shaping, including problem definition, feature scoping, roadmap prioritization, and alignment around key goals

  • Manage day-to-day operational details, including edge-case handling, internal process setup, tooling needs, and ensuring product readiness for launch

  • Track product performance through metrics and qualitative feedback, identifying opportunities for improvement and steering rapid iteration cycles

  • Work with external partners (ramp providers, DeFi solutions, fintech vendors, and more) to deliver integrated, seamless product experiences

Qualifications

  • Proven experience in product management and/or business development, with a track record of taking products from 0→1 or scaling them from early adoption to broader market fit.

  • Experience collaborating with internal and external stakeholders, including engineers, designers, operators, sales, and strategic partners.

  • Strong written and verbal communication skills; comfortable presenting product strategy and insights to both technical and non-technical audiences.

  • A data-driven mindset with the ability to leverage analytics to inform decisions, diagnose problems, and drive improvements.

  • A strong bias toward action, you’re comfortable moving fast, navigating ambiguity, and getting hands-on to solve problems.

Bonus Points

  • Background in fintech or traditional financial services, with familiarity in areas like payment flows, FX, treasury operations, compliance, etc.

  • An understanding of (or interest in) Web3 ecosystems, including DeFi protocols, custody models, smart contracts, or crypto liquidity.

  • Data analytics experience (SQL, Python)

  • Prior experience at an early-stage startup, showing comfort with ambiguity, rapid iteration, and building processes from scratch
