📍 Location: Must live within 15 miles of Shakopee
🕗 Schedule: Full-Time | Monday – Friday | 8:00 AM – 4:30 PM (some flexibility)
💵 Starting Pay: $18.20-21.84/hour (commensurate with experience)

💼 Position Overview: Day Service Specialist
As a Day Service Specialist, you’ll develop and implement community-based, person-centered day service plans. You’ll build strong relationships with the individuals you support, while also engaging with their teams and the broader community.
🌟 What You’ll Do:
Plan and coordinate individualized community activities to promote independence and social interaction.
Provide direct support to clients, including personal care, medication administration, and use of adaptive equipment.
Document daily progress and services provided.
Transport clients using a company-provided vehicle.
Engage in community outreach and utilize technology to support your work.
Work independently and collaboratively with a supportive team.
Minimum Education Required
High School diploma or equivalent
Minimum Experience Required
✅ What We’re Looking For:
High School diploma or equivalent
Sales and/or customer service experience preferred
Compassion and sensitivity to individuals with disabilities
Strong communication and problem-solving skills
Proficiency with computer-based office software
Must live within 15 miles of the service area
Valid driver’s license and space for overnight parking of company vehicle
Home workspace with reliable internet and privacy
Must pass a Department of Human Services background study
