Lightning Bolt & Supply, Inc. an ISO 9001:2015 fastener manufacturer is excited to announce that we are seeking to hire a FULL-time position individual to assist in our production department.

Starting Pay Range:

$21 - $18/hr (based upon experience and skill-set).

Requirements:

  • Friendly / Great attitude

  • Efficient communication skills

  • Ability and willingness to learn and to take constructive feedback.

  • No Drama / Attitude

  • Humble

  • Ability to read a tape measure and understand fractions

Tasks include:

  • Label rod/bar

  • Setup & Operate saws

  • Clean Up & Organize work station

  • Chamfer Studs
