Description
Multi-Flow Industries is looking for severalfull and part time Licensed and Non-LicensedCommercial Refrigeration Techniciansto join our growing team. Multi-Flow Industries has been servicing local businesses for nearly 80 years and we need your help as we continue to grow. Licensed and Non-Licensed Commercial Refrigeration Technician Job Duties:

Install various commercial refrigeration equipment at customer locations throughout New England, including walk-ins, ice machines, and glycol units

Troubleshoot, diagnose, and repair equipment on-site both independently and while on the phone with assistance

Receive dispatches and complete work orders electronically

Drive and maintain company vehicle

Maintain parts and equipment inventory on work vehicle and communicate restocking or ordering needs timely to parts department

In-house refurbishment of used equipment for resale or repurposing

Training of new employees
Requirements

Must have valid driver's license with a clean driving record and be able to pass pre-employment screenings

EPA Freon certification (Universal)

Experience educating customers using technical and non-technical language to explain work being performed, particularly during difficult situations

Comprehension of electrical schematics

Excellent written and verbal communication skills
-
Ability to lift up to 60 pounds without assistance and up to 150 pounds with assistance

Regular Monday - Friday shift. Must be able to participate in the on-call rotation approximately every 4-6 weeks
