Sodexo's growing Healthcare Technology Management (HTM) Division is currently seeking an HTM Director for Tri-City Medical Center located in Oceanside, CA.

The Director will manage several types of medical devices, supervise teams of technical professionals, and track performance measures. This is a fantastic opportunity for a new energetic HTM leader!

Take on a vital role in maintaining and advancing cutting-edge medical technology that directly supports patient care and clinical excellence. You will leverage your technical expertise and problem-solving skills to ensure equipment reliability, regulatory compliance, and cybersecurity readiness while collaborating closely with clinical teams and mentoring colleagues.

Accountable for managing people, setting direction and deploying resources; typically is responsible for performance evaluation, pay reviews and hire/fire decisions. Results are primarily achieved through the work of others and typically depend on the manager's ability to influence and negotiate with parts of the organization. Progression within Career Band reflects acquisition of broad technical expertise, business and industry knowledge, and process and people leadership capabilities. Accountable for business, functional or operational areas, processes or programs, which may include dotted-line or matrixed management.

Pay Range: $120190 per year - $155540 per year

Incentive Eligibility: Eligible to participate in Sodexo's incentive plan and earn variable compensation in addition to base salary

What you’ll bring

  • Strong knowledge and practical understanding of regulatory compliance standards including CIHQ, DNV, and TJC.

  • Skilled in applying solution-oriented approaches and critical thinking to effectively resolve complex issues and conflicts.

  • Demonstrated success in delivering exceptional service while building and maintaining strong, long-term partnerships with customers, staff, and vendors.

  • Proven business acumen and financial management expertise, with confidence in making sound budgetary and operational decisions.

  • Extensive experience leading high-performing teams, with a focus on mentoring and developing both new and existing talent.

  • Professional presence and ability to engage confidently with executive leadership as well as oversight of all clinical staff for program management and regulatory compliance and Project Management/Capital Planning.

Requirements

  • Education Requirement: Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent experience

  • Management Experience: 5 years

  • Related Experience: 5 years in maintenance and repair of clinical devices
