Position Summary:
The Office Services Lead is responsible for the inventory, maintenance, stocking, and presentation of product closets, ensuring optimal supply levels and a clean, organized environment. This role requires a hands-on team player with exceptional customer service skills and attention to detail. As a lead, you will perform all functional responsibilities and provide guidance to ensure high-quality service delivery.
Role Summary
The Storage Captain Lead is responsible for the daily management, organization, inventory control, stocking, maintenance, preparation, and presentation of assigned product closets and storage areas.
This role is a visible and integral part of Workplace Operations and requires strong attention to detail, sound judgment, customer service, inventory discipline, and the ability to lead by example. The Storage Captain Lead must work closely with internal departments, associates, the mailroom team, and management to ensure product, supplies, and materials are properly received, organized, stocked, tracked, pulled, prepared, delivered, and maintained according to the established process.
This is a lead team position. The associate must be able to perform all core responsibilities of the role at any time, support team coverage when needed, and help ensure service level expectations are met

Required Skills and Qualifications
Experience in inventory, stockroom, mailroom, facilities, office services, retail operations, or workplace support preferred. Strong attention to detail and organizational skills. Strong customer service and communication skills. Ability to follow process, maintain records, and enforce standards. Ability to prioritize work and manage multiple requests. Ability to identify inventory gaps, supply needs, and process issues. Ability to work independently while escalating appropriately. Basic computer skills required. Experience with inventory logs, service requests, or tracking tools preferred. Ability to cross-train and support adjacent Workplace Operations functions.
Physical Requirements
Ability to stand, walk, bend, lift, push, pull, and move materials throughout the workday. Ability to lift and transport boxes, product, supplies, and copy paper in accordance with site safety guidelines. Ability to perform hands-on stocking, organization, delivery, pickup, and storage tasks.
