Job Description

A growing regional public accounting and advisory firm is seeking a Tax Manager to join its team. This is an excellent opportunity for someone looking to take on more client responsibility, gain exposure to a diverse client base, and have a clear path for long-term growth.
Responsibilities
Prepare and review individual and business tax returns
Provide tax planning and consulting services to clients
Manage client relationships and serve as a trusted advisor
Research tax issues and assist with tax resolutions
Mentor and develop junior staff members
Participate in process improvement and workflow initiatives
Requirements
3+ years of public accounting tax experience
Experience with individual, partnership, S-Corp, and corporate tax returns
CPA or CPA-track preferred
Strong client communication and relationship management skills
