Pay Rate: $65 - $70/hr

Job Description:

  • The Systems Analyst will be responsible for analyzing, designing, maintaining, and implementing various systems within the organization to meet business needs and desired outcomes

  • Review and analyze the effectiveness and efficiency of existing systems and develop strategies for improving or further leveraging these systems

  • Support all current applications, as well as participating in new application initiatives to replace older applications in newer technologies when applicable

  • Generate reports from various systems and provide analysis to C-Level team and other departments to identify business insights and areas for improvements

  • Maintain a deep understanding of complex products and systems, and the underlying business processes they support in order to advise the Chief Financial Officer of technical solutions and anticipate downstream implications of system changes to meet business needs

  • Administer resources including integrations, and toolsets that support the various system applications

  • Develop and utilize thorough working knowledge of the specific areas within the organization

  • Assist, when needed, with implementation of organizational purchased software applications: including documentation of requirements, process flows, project timelines and system capabilities

  • Translate organizational needs into product backlogs, user stories, and organizational requirements to optimize business value of applications and processes

  • Ensure quality and integrity of data from multiple sources and generate reports on ad-hoc basis

  • Work collaboratively across all lines of business and departments with a positive attitude focused on * Utilize programming language/coding to define and implement the goals of multiple systems that result in desired results

  • Coordinate and link systems within the organization to increase compatibility so information can be shared to applicable departments

  • Other duties as assigned
